The salon on the first patio, and both courtyards with it
Salón Bolívar is the long room on the north side of the first patio, with the double doors that fold right back. Sixty seated at round tables, a hundred standing once the patio is counted.
Weddings and baptisms are the usual bookings, along with the occasional company dinner that wants a roof full of cedar beams, and in December the room takes the overflow from the comedor.

How it works
Four things said on the telephone anyway
- One event a day, because the kitchen that feeds it also feeds the house.
- Both patios come with an evening booking. The roof terrace does not; it stays open to guests.
- Music stops at midnight. Eleven bedrooms open onto these courtyards.
- The east room cannot be hired privately and is never part of an event.
