Over-18s
The gaming room is open to people of 18 and over, the age Colombia sets. The front page asks you to confirm before going further. Answering it untruthfully gains nothing, because the question that decides anything is the one at the east door, with a document in your hand, every visit.
Nothing here is gambling
This website describes a hotel and one room inside it. It runs no games, accepts no stakes, holds no account in anyone's name, takes no deposit and moves no money. Nothing done on this site can win or lose anything. Gaming takes place only at Calle 17 No. 3-42.
What is written here, and what it is worth
Hours, rooms and descriptions are kept current and are still sometimes wrong: a room goes out of service, the kitchen runs short, the terrace closes because of rain. Nothing on this site is an offer that can be accepted, and no page here creates a contract. A booking exists when reception has confirmed it to you by telephone or email, on the terms stated then.
The material on the site
Text, drawings, photographs and the arrangement of them belong to the hotel or are used with permission. Read it, print a page for yourself, link to it. Do not republish it, copy it to another site, or feed it to a model, without written permission.

A link out is offered for convenience and implies no endorsement. We do not control those pages and take no responsibility for them.
Behaviour in the house
Staff may refuse service, refuse entry at the east door, or ask someone to leave, where a guest is drunk, abusive, unable to produce a document, or making the place unpleasant for others. Inside the gaming room the floor staff's decision stands at the time it is made; disagreements go to the duty manager afterwards, not to the table.
Availability of the site
The site is offered as it is, with no promise that it will always be reachable, and it may go down for maintenance without notice.
Liability
We are liable for what Colombian law does not permit us to exclude. Beyond that we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website, including a journey made on the strength of an hour listed here that had since changed.
Governing law
These terms and this site are governed by the law of the Republic of Colombia, and the courts of Santa Marta, Magdalena have jurisdiction.
